Coinbase Financial Markets to Connect US, Global Crypto Currency Derivatives Markets

04:26 AM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Coinbase's (COIN) Financial Markets will soon connect its US and global crypto derivatives into a single regulated liquidity pool following its integration of Deribit, the company said Wednesday.

The company will launch crypto options trading, spot margin and unified portfolios in coming weeks, the company said.

By the end of the year, the company's Coinbase Pro is returning as a professional-level platform for trading spot, futures, perpetuals, options and equities.

Shares of the company were down over 1% in recent premarket trading Wednesday.
