09:57 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Monday.com (MNDY) said Monday it has launched its voice AI agent platform Harmony designed for enterprise sales teams.
Each model on the platform was designed for a single function, including qualifying leads, capturing data, and handling objections, the company said.
The models deliver about 200ms audio-in to audio-out latency, resulting in a speech rhythm that is indistinguishable from humans, according to a statement.
The product is now available for mid-market and enterprise customers in the US, UK, Australia, and Singapore, and additional markets and languages will follow, the company said.
